How Much Does a Coffee Cart Cost in Denver?

A lot of coffee carts make you ask for a price. We put ours on the site, so here is exactly what a Zado cart costs and what can change the number.

The short answer

  • Offices, parties and every other event: $375 an hour, with a two-hour minimum. That means the cart starts at $750.
  • Weddings: $500 an hour per cart, with a two-hour minimum, plus 20% gratuity. A custom drink menu and two custom syrups are included.

What that price includes

A barista who runs the cart the whole time. The full menu of espresso, cortado, cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha, chai latte and hot tea, hot or iced, with whole, oat or almond milk. Vanilla and mocha syrups we make ourselves, plus two seasonal ones. Your guests never pay or tip at the cart.

What can change the number

  • Hours. This is the big one.
  • Weekends. Weekend events add 10%.
  • Travel. Free within 50 miles of Denver, then $1.50 a mile.
  • Crowd size. One cart covers about 75 guests in two hours. Past that, we add time or a second cart.
  • Add-ons. Pastries are $6 each, a latte art printer is $50 an hour, branded cups are $1 each with a $150 minimum, and a custom vinyl cart banner is $200.
