Office Coffee Cart vs. Wedding Coffee Cart: What's Different
[New draft, written from your facts. Brady: read it before it goes live. It names clients, so check each one is fine with it.]

It's the same cart and the same coffee at an office and at a wedding. The day around it is what changes. Here are the two, side by side.
| Office | Wedding | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $375 an hour | $500 an hour per cart |
| Minimum | Two hours | Two hours |
| On top | Weekend events add 10% | 20% gratuity, no weekend addition |
| Menu | The full menu | The full menu, a custom drink menu and two custom syrups |
| When | Usually a weekday morning | Any part of the weekend |
| Booking | Two weeks out is ideal | As soon as you have a date |
What's the same
The cart, the coffee and the barista. We roast the coffee and make the syrups for both. Guests never pay or tip at either one. The cart needs the same 6 by 6 foot spot and one dedicated outlet.
What's different at an office
It's usually a morning. Setup takes about an hour, out of the way of the workday. Teams like Zoom and Gusto book the cart for their own people. Sales reps book it to bring into a client's office.
What's different at a wedding
The menu is built for the couple. Every wedding comes with a custom drink menu and two custom syrups, and his and hers lattes are a favorite. The cart can show up at any point: while you get ready, at cocktail hour, next to the cake, or at brunch the day after.
Parties and everything else
Showers, birthdays, grad parties and conferences are priced like the office: $375 an hour with a two-hour minimum, and 10% more on a weekend.
